On May 26, entrepreneur Levon Marcos filed a lawsuit against 24News LLC with a demand to refute information defaming honor, dignity, and business reputation. The reason for the lawsuit was the material published on May 21 on the 24news.am website, which, in particular, refers to the criminal case brought against Marcos and reports that he issued fake bonds for USD 300,000,000, thus trying to carry out the largest financial fraud in the history of Armenia. The lawsuit proceedings were initiated.
