The journalist, located in the pre-trial detention center №3 in Serpukhov, was placed in a punishment cell for 10 days. There was no sleeping place in the cell, Dorogov slept on a broken tile; he also went on a hunger strike. The pre-trial detention center administration threatened Dorogov with a new term in a punishment cell for filing complaints. Together with his colleague Yan Katelevsky, he was arrested on charges of extorting money from a traffic police officer.
