The Moscow City Court satisfied on appeal the lawsuit of businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin against Meduza, publicist Maksim Shevchenko, and the editor-in-chief of the Vladimir-based newspaper Dovod Ilya Kosygin. Meduza was obliged to delete the article «The right to be forgotten of Yevgeny Prigozhin. What does the restaurateur who served the presidents of Russia want to hide about himself», published in 2016. Each of the defendants must pay Prigozhin RUB 80,000 (the plaintiff demanded RUB 5,000,000 from each). In an interview with Dovod, Shevchenko called him a criminal, the hyperlink led to the material of Meduza.
