Savyolovsky District Court fined Turovsky RUB 20,000 in connection with the protest rally held on January 31. He was found guilty of participating in an unauthorized event that caused interference with the transport infrastructure (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). This was a duplicative decision: the fine imposed on Turovsky on February 1 was cancelled on appeal, the case was sent for new consideration.
