The head of the education department of the akimat of Petropavlovsk Sara Ramazanova appealed to the Kyzylzhar district court of the North Kazakhstan region with a claim for the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation against the journalist of the Kyzylzhar district newspaper, blogger Farhat Tastambekov.
