The Uralsk City Court accepted a private complaint of the Pulse of the City newspaper correspondent Dana Duysekenova, in which she demands to prosecute blogger and civil activist Aslan Sagutdinov for insult (Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The reason for the suit was a video posted on his YouTube channel. The video was recorded in the form of an appeal by Sagutdinov to Duysekenova, in which he criticizes her personally and demands to stop the provocations that she makes against other journalists in the region.
