Andrey Krasnobaev was detained at St. Isaac's Square in St. Petersburg and placed in a paddy wagon while performing his professional duties as a journalist. During the detention, physical force was used against him. «At some point, two police officers without badges approached me from behind, applied a painful hold, and took me to a paddy wagon, where I spent more than two hours,» – said Krasnobaev.
