Sergey Kolotovkin wrote on his Facebook page that he was injured during a protest rally on January 23 in St. Petersburg. His friend Igor Dmitriev told TV 2 that it happened near the metro station. «He was filming how the police officers in St. Petersburg detained teenagers, and he was also detained.
