In the village of Zaliznyi Port (Kherson region), during the filming of a story about inspections of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and its work at the resort, journalists saw an unknown man (later the SSUFSCP administration confirmed that he was a wedding photographer) walking along the beach with exotic animals. They decided to ask him a few questions, but the unknown man with a parrot started being rude to the journalist and poked her with a stick when she followed him and tried to find out how legal his work on the beach is. Then the man mimicked the journalist and hit the microphone with his fist.
