A candidate for deputy of the Zhytomyr Regional Council, a former People's Deputy of Ukraine Viktor Razvadovsky, filed a lawsuit against the newspaper 20 Khvilin Zhytomyr (20 Minutes Zhytomyr) during the election campaign. This case concerns journalistic investigations regarding his work during his term as a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada. All materials were made public much earlier before the 2020 election campaign in Ukraine began. However, Razvadovsky decided to pay attention to the investigations only now. Allegations of libel are being brought forward, demanding refutation and compensation.
