Colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleg Nazaruk is suing journalists of the Chetverta Vlada (Fourth Estate) media over an investigation of the land appropriation scheme in which he appears. Nazaruk wants journalists to refute the information and pay compensation for moral damage and a lawyer’s fee, which is 60,000 hryvnia in total.
