At least 43 media workers were detained by security forces on October 11 while covering protests against the announcement of the presidential election results. The journalist was detained, brought to the district department of internal affairs for an alleged document check. An administrative protocol was drawn up for alleged disobedience to police orders (Code of Administrative Offences, Art. 23.4). The journalist was released 10 hours afterwards.
