In Kursk, 7×7 freelance correspondent Ivan Zvyagin was charged with organizing a protest rally because he posted a link in his messenger to the OVD-Info instruction. Zvyagin was detained on January 29. In the police department, a protocol was drawn up against him under the article about calls for an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). He stayed in the police for 48 hours. Then, he was brought to the court, which refused to consider the protocol due to mistakes. The journalist was taken back to the department and only after a while was released. He was obliged to appear at the police department on February 1 to reissue the protocol.
