Sergey Smirnov, editor-in-chief of Mediazona, was detained at the exit of his house in Moscow when he went for a walk with his son. An administrative report was drawn up on him in the police department for participation in the demonstrations on January 23, even though Smirnov was at home. Then the protocol was rewritten, indicating that he called to participate in a rally on Twitter - the reason was a retweet of a joke about the music group "Tarakany!" and the upcoming rally. He was released under an obligation to appear in court on February 3.
