Freelance journalist Guler Mehdizade was summoned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The journalist criticized quarantine measures and police actions. After her article, the journalist received a call from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to come to the questioning. She refused to go to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and asked to send an official notice.
