The Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek ruled to confiscate the property of the TV channel 'April', and other property as part of the sentence passed to the Kyrgyz Republic's former President Almazbek Atambayev. The April TV channel belonged to Atambayev and was located in a business centre, which was also owned by Kyrgyzstan's former head. Now the TV channel 'April' is working in the format of Internet broadcasting.
