On 1 February, Agnieszka Pikulicka complained of sexual harassment by an official of the Uzbek Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to her, the representative of the Uzbek foreign policy department named "Rustam" not only harassed her but also put pressure on her to write positive articles about Uzbekistan in exchange for accreditation.
