Tymoshenko was detained near the court, where the hearing of his colleague Alexei Filimonov was held. Tymoshenko was charged with participation in the protest rally on September 23 that allegedly preserved the infrastructure and transport work (part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). The journalist stayed in the police overnight. On February 22, the Industrial District Court of Khabarovsk closed the case.
