The editor-in-chief of the newspaper Alternatyva.org published that two people from the former Tairovsky township head Khasaev Timur Khasanovich came to his office and began to threaten him with a massacre openly. They complained about the right to dispose of the editorial property as well as social media accounts. Roman Varshanidze, in turn, links these actions with the start of the election campaign in the region.
