The Tverskoy District Court in Moscow found Novaya Gazeta journalist Ilya Azar guilty of repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing a protest and sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest. Earlier the same day he received a fine of 150,000 rubles (US$2,014) for allegedly organizing illegal protests on Facebook.
