The police detained Vitaly Skryl while he and his colleague were filming a video interview of the residents of Vitebsk. He was informed that three administrative cases were brought against him for participating in unauthorized street protests and that he covered the events. He was brought to the office of Internal Affairs for questioning and «preventive conversation». Skryl was asked to explain, on camera, the reasons for his presence at the protests and to sign a warning that he was aware of the consequences of participating in unauthorized street protests. Then he was released.
