In Tajikistan, subscribers of the several mobile operators received text messages stating: "It is now clear who Muhammadikboli Sadriddin is." They contained a link to a YouTube video criticizing one of the leaders of the Tajik opposition, according to the Radio Ozodi. Subscribers noted that they started to receive these messages starting from December 14. Mobile companies declined to say who the customer was.
