Asylkhan Mamashuly drew attention to the fact that some voters had cast more than three ballots (in the regions three ballots were handed over: for the elections to the Mazhilis, district maslikhat and regional maslikhat). Then, the presiding officer of the polling station asked the journalist to leave the station. The presiding officer referred to the fact that the Almaty region is in the «yellow zone» on the risk of COVID-19 infections, so journalists only have five minutes to work on the polling station.
