The Obninsk City Court ruled that the photograph of the tombstone of the scientist Felix Kashin, published on the local history site, has to be forbidden. Artem Mainas was charged with violating the Personal Data Act. A complaint to the Roskomnadzor was filed by the scientist’s sons.
