Aleksei spent the night in the Frunzensky District Department of Internal Affairs and three days in a prison in Zhodino. He detained on the night of August 9-10 near the Gorky Theater in Minsk. The journalist was taken into a passenger bus, which stood next to the police bus and was filled with people. The riot police began to brutally beat people. On the morning of the 10th, they began to write out the protocols. The prosecution wrote that Aleksey took part in an unauthorized event, shouted the slogans “Long live Belarus”, “Stop, cockroach” and was detained at 9 Bobruiskaya Street, although he wasn’t there.
