The reason for the journalist’s arrest was the video on his phone, which he filmed during the peaceful protests on 9 August. He took him to a police van, where he was brutally beaten. On 12 August, the young man contacted the editorial office and said that he was in the Zhodino hospital: his rib was broken and his kidneys injured, he had three stitches put on the crown of his head. Nikita is now at home.
