The Central District Court of Khabarovsk fined Ishchenko 10 thousand roubles for participating in the 26 July demonstration. The journalist was charged with participation in an uncoordinated event that caused interference with the functioning of life support facilities. On the day of the demonstration, Ishchenko was not in Khabarovsk. She was detained on 14 August and spent the night at the police station.
