The court of the Turkestan region sentenced Murat Baidauletov to a year of liberty deprivation for «participation in the activities of the forbidden organization». The activist is also assigned four hours of forced labour per day until he finds a permanent job. As the judge stated, Baidauletov went live on Facebook and declared his support for the unregistered movements «Democratic Choice of Kazakhstan» and «Kūshe parties» banned by the Kazakh court.
