Oleg Nazarov, the Judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court, at the request of the investigation, ordered Zebra TV and ProVladimir news agency to pre-coordinate with the Investigative Committee publications about the trial of ex-official Pavel Panfilov. The Judge called it "the only alternative to a completely closed trial".
