A bailiff came home to the freelance journalists (married couple Volha Chaychyts and Andrei Kozel) and arrested the property for unpaid administrative fines. Court decisions repeatedly fined journalists for cooperation with the foreign media outlets without accreditation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The bailiff also threatened to apply to the guardianship authorities regarding their children.
