The blogger has been charged under Art. 293, para. 1 of the Criminal Code (organisation of the mass disorder). According to the human rights defenders, the blogger remains under arrest. Eduard Palchys disappeared on September 27. His family did not hear from him for two weeks and had no confirmation where he is. It is lated became known that he is arrested. On October 27, it was reported that criminal proceedings had been initiated against the blogger. He supposed to be released from the Okrestina Detention Centre after 30 days of the administrative detention but was not released.
