On October 11, at least 43 journalists were detained in Belarus during protests against the announced results of the presidential election. Journalist was detained in the city centre and taken to the police station. Two administrative reports: for alleged disobedience to the police and for participation in an unauthorised event. He was arrested awaiting the trial. On 12 October, the court found Dobrotvor guilty and fined.
