The Central District Court of Khabarovsk arrested Boris Zhirnov for three days for allegedly participating in an unsanctioned protest that disrupted traffic. Journalist was detained on 12 November along with his colleague Yekaterina Biyak. He was left overnight in the police station and fined 10,000 rubles for the same administrative article. Then he was detained again and new protocol was drawn up on him.
