Journalists from Karaganda, who wanted to cover the public hearing on the increase in the heat tariffs for 2021-2025 were denied access into the building. Employees of the Teplo Tranzit Karaganda energy company demanded that the journalists show certificates with negative COVID-19 results. Since the journalists did not have such certificates, they were advised to watch the hearings live on Facebook.
