At least 43 media workers were detained by the security forces on October 11 while covering protests against the results of the presidential election. The journalist was detained during the day in the city centre. He was brought to the local police station «for a document check». An administrative report was drawn up to him for the alleged disobedience to the police. Video equipment was seized before the trial. He was released 10 hours later.
