The journalist was detained by the police and taken to the local police station where an administrative report on the violation of the law on mass events was drawn up to him. He was placed in the pre-trial detention centre for almost a day awaiting the trial. On 9 October, the court, based on the police protocol, recognized journalist as a participant in the protest and arrested him for ten days.
