Security forces detained the journalist when he was covering a protest in the city centre. He was taken to the local police station where an administrative report for participation in unauthorised action was drawn up on him. For three days he was kept in the pre-trial detention centre. Due to the unsanitary conditions, Bialasin went on the hunger strike. The date of the court hearing is not yet known.
