The court began consideration of an administrative case on charges of participating in unsanctioned street action. After hearing Bublikov's testimony, the judge announced a break. Bublikov was detained on September 27 during the protest march in Grodno. Even though the journalist was wearing a press vest, he was taken to the district police station where protocol on violation of mass events was drawn on him. Then, he spent almost a day in the detention centre.
