Journalist of the newspaper Samhretis Caribchis was attacked by the mayor Zazy Melikidze and his accomplices during the church holiday of Svetihlovloba in the temple of Uspenija of the Virgin. They asked the journalist to stop filming and delete photos from his camera; otherwise, they threatened to take his camera away and "flush it down the toilet". Then they confiscated journalist's phone but returned it a few minutes later.
