During the interview, the head of the administration of Khelvachauri, Jumer Wardmanidze, attacked the journalist of the newspaper Batumelebi. The reason was the publication of a newspaper about the illegal construction of a private three-storey house in Mahinjauri (a suburb of Batumi) worth about $500,000. In response to a question, Vardmanidze began to curse a journalist and threatened to kill him.
