Additional information:

The TV crew was filming the news piece about a social issue. However, a man did not let the journalists go on the roof of a residential building. Although they have repeatedly informed him they were media workers and he should have stopped obstructing their work, the man was not reacting to their words and forbade the journalists to film on the roof.
