Ekaraganda.kz news agency published a story about a woman who claimed she had not received wages after a month of work at a water park. In the article, the editors reported that the director of the water park refused to speak to journalists about the story. In late June, a pre-claim trial came to the news agency in which the demand to retract the publication on Instagram was made. If the retraction will not be published, the water park management reserved the right to file a lawsuit in court on defense of their business reputation.
