Three weeks after Timur Karpov returned from Georgia, the representative of the authorities called him and demanded to spend quarantine in a different town. Karpov asked for an explanation of the need for forced self-isolation. The representative of the authorities ordered him to come to the police station or be at home at the specified time. Karpov ignored illegal demands.
