On June 11, the journalist Serikjan Mauletbay published on Facebook a post, “How to Manipulate Kazakhstanis” about how easily “signatures” to a petition against mandatory vaccination can be garnered. After that, says the journalist, there was a flood of comments (the post gathered more than 700 comments) speaking against mandatory vaccination. Experts of Digital-sfera, to whom Mauletbaj turned, confirmed that there were a lot of fake accounts among the commentators.
