Police detained the journalist in the evening nearing his home without explaining the reason for his detention. He was taken to the police precinct and issued a warrant of administrative offense (Art. 22.9 of the Code of Administrative Law for collaboration with foreign media without accreditation from the Foreign Ministry), after which he was released.
