On 21 April, journalists from Karagandy Province were stopped by the police and warned that they can only travel from home to office and back and only in the limited hours. In response to journalists' questions, the spokeswoman for the medical doctor of Karagandy Province replied that the media was on the list of permitted activities under Decree 12.
