Anton Bayev was questioned by the Center for Combatting Extremism as the author of a publication about manipulation of the electronic vote in Moscow on amendments to the Constitution. The Interior Ministry began an inspection of this publication on an appeal from the Moscow City Elections Committee. On June 17, police came to the editorial office of Dozhd (TV Rain). They wanted to take Bayev to the station, but in the end interrogated him at his office.
