Police officers came to the home of the journalist, announced that he was under arrest, and brought him to the police department. There, a warrant was issued for violation of the law on mass events (Art. 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Law). On that same day, after the case was reviewed, the journalist was declared guilty and jailed for 10 days.
