In Vologda, the Arbitrary court of appeals declined the complaint from the pig-breeding complex. The plaintiffs demanded to several phrases to be acknowledged as false- from Savitskaya’s article: “It’s a common terrorism. The village against the pig-breeding complex and manure.” On 9 February 2020, the court declined plaintiffs’ claim.
