Uralsk city court convicted activist and blogger Aslan Sagutdinov of public insult of “Puls” newspaper correspondent Dana Duisenekova and fined him 106 400 tenge (about $250). The reason behind the court case was a YouTube video. In the video Sagutdinov addressed Duisenekova in an offensive manner, calling for her to stop provocations targeting other journalists.
